publ. & priv. co’s, PE funds in tax matters rel. to debt financings, sec.
offerings, eq. derivatives, M&A, securitizations, fin. products,
restructuring transact. Review & assess proposed transact. structures &
terms from tax perspective, incl. analyzing potential dom. & int’l tax
implications for clients & proposing alt. arrangements. Negotiate, prepare,
revise tax-related prov. or sect. in primary transact. docs. $310,000 per year.
Req’mts: JD or foreign equiv., NY Bar, 2 yrs of exp. in position or 2 yrs. of
alternate occupational exp. performing complex cross-border transactional tax
